本研究针对中国文化背景下的高新技术制造企业,构建供应链关系质量与创新价值链的结构方程模型,并探索知识螺旋中介效应和供应链整合调节效应。研究结果表明,行为过程积极显著影响知识螺旋和创新价值链;交互环境对创新价值链并没有影响作用,但积极显著影响知识螺旋;知识螺旋积极显著影响创新价值链,并在行为过程对创新价值链的影响关系中具有部分中介效应,同时,在交互环境对创新价值链的影响关系中具有完全中介效应;供应链整合正向调节知识螺旋中介效应。
More and more companies rely on supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises collaboration in technology and product innovation activities. However, how relationship quality of an enterprise with its external suppliers and customers affect internal innovation value chain needs further exploration. This study focuses on the high-tech manufacturing enterprises under the background of Chinese culture, constitutes a structural equation model reflecting the behavioral process and interactive environment of relationship quality and innovation value chain, and explores the mediating effect of knowledge spiral and the adjustment effect of supply chain integration on knowledge spiral. The research findings are as follows. Firstly, the behavioral process positively and significantly affects knowledge spiral and innovation value chain. Secondly, interactive environment does not affect innovation value chain but positively and significantly affects knowledge spiral. Thirdly, knowledge spiral positively and significantlyaffects innovation value chain, and has partial mediating effect on the influence of behavioral process on innovation value chain. And it has complete mediating effect on the influence of interactive environment on innovation value chain. Finally, supply chain integration positively adjusts the mediating effect of knowledge spiral. The managerial implication of this study is that enterprises need to enhance the relationship quality with members of the supply chain,strengthen management process of knowledge spiral, implement the supply chain integration strategy, and efficiently improve the innovation value chain's achievement transformation rate.
