目的:了解当前我国县级疾病预防控制中心人员的工作偏好,为制定有效的激励机制提供依据。方法:基于离散选择实验进行实验设计,利用混合logit模型进行统计分析。共调查五省市10家县级疾控中心的157名疾控人员。结果:纳入研究的六项工作属性对县级疾控人员的工作选择都具有显著影响。最重要的工作属性是提供基本的福利,当工作由缺乏基本福利改善为提供基本福利时,县级疾控人员愿意每月放弃215.99元(接近平均月收入的10%)。其次重要的工作属性是完善的工作条件、群众的认可和尊重。结论:县级疾控人员在做出工作选择时不仅仅看重收入、福利等经济激励因素,其他如工作条件、群众认可和尊重等也同样重要。在保证县级疾控人员待遇水平的前提下,政策制定者也应努力改善其他工作属性。
Objective To study the job value preferences of staffs in County Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) ,and provide references for making effective incentive system. Methods 157 eases of staffs were sampled from 10 County CDCs. Based on discrete choice experiment,data was analyzed with mixed logit model. Results All the six job attributes included in this study had significant influences on staffs of County CDC. The most important job attribute was basic welfare, next with per- fect working condition,being admitted and respected by the community. Conclusion When choosing a job, staffs in County CDC workers valued not only economic incentive factors, such as income and welfare,but also factors as working condition,being admit- ted and respected by the community,which needs to be improved by policy makers.
