构建国家创新网络是实现创新型国家的有效路径，而核心节点的营造对国家创新网络的完善具有重要的推动作用。在相关研究的基础上，提出“创新过程链”，构建国家创新网络的三维菱形分析框架，以目前国家创新网络中的核心节点之一“中国技术交易所”为案例，剖析核心节点在国家创新网络演进中发挥的重要作用，提出中国技术交易所的“五种链接”和“五大动力”助推国家创新网络结构的完善和效力的提升。
英文摘要：
One of the effective paths to achieve Chinese innovative country is to build national innovation networks, in which key nodes could play important roles. Based on some research about national innovation system and innovation net- works, this paper propose a concept named innovative process chains and build a analytical framework for national inno- vation network which looks like a tridimensional diamond. Then,it takes Chinese Technology Exchange as a study case to analysis the important role in the evolution of national innovation network. Chinese Technology Exchange possesses five kinds of interlinkage and five dynamics to impel structure and efficacy of the national innovation networks.
