目的:研究从板蓝根中提取分离的3个化学部位及其不同组合的体外抗FM1(流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株)和RSV(呼吸道合胞病毒)的活性,确定板蓝根抗病毒的有效部位。方法:采用大孔树脂吸附技术分离得到苯丙素、生物碱、有机酸3个化学部位,用MTT法检测这几个部位对FM1和RSV的抑制作用。以对病毒抑制率作为评价指标,比较各部位抗病毒作用的效果。结果:对FM1抑制率分别为:62.00%、62.10、43.50%、58.00%、38.64%、58.00%、76%。对RSV的抑制率分别为:26.31%、53.50、56.47%、67.54%、80.82%、81.61%、33.74%。结论:板蓝根的抗病毒作用可能是几个部位协同作用的结果。
Objective:To study the inhibitory effects against FM1and RSV of 3 chemical portions of Radix Isatidis in vitro,then establish the parts with antivirus activity.Methods:3 extract parts were obtained by using macroporous absorption resin,the inhibitory effects against FM1 and RSV of these samples were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazoliym assay,and the antivirus activity of every portions were compared using inhibitory rate as evaluate index.Results:The inhibitory rate against FM1were 62.00%、62.10、43.50%、58.00%、38.64%、58.00%、76%,respectively.The inhibitory rate against RSVwere 26.31%、53.50、56.47%、67.54%、80.82%、81.61%、33.74%,respectively.Conclusion:Antivirus activity of Radix Isatidis may be the result of the synergy of various parts.
