RBD（游憩商业区）作为一类城市商业中心,其发展辐射是跨城市跨区域的,特大城市的RBD是区域、城市中心体系以及RBD自身3个层次综合作用的结果。文章以上海市静安寺游憩商业区为例,剖析了该RBD在上海市中心体系、人民广场中心区、RBD内部3个层面的发展现状,揭示了主要的空间问题,提出静安寺游憩商业区的解决对策,为其它都市区RBD的发展提供一定的借鉴参考。

RBD（recreation business district） as a commercial center of the city,its development radiation is across regions and cities.Mega-city＇s RBD area is influenced by three comprehensive reasons such as region,City Center system and RBD itself.This paper taking Jing＇an Temple RBD,Shanghai as example,analyzing current development problems and dilemma the RBD facing with in RBD internal system,People＇s Square center district,Shanghai center system three levels,revealing the main spatial problems,propose solutions of Jing＇an Temple RBD,provide some reference for development of other urban RBD.
