以有机番茄品种“妙红”和对照番茄品种“佳人”为试材,在番茄萌发期设定NaCl溶液浓度为0、30、60、90、120mmol/L,幼苗期设定NaCl溶液浓度为0、50、100、150、200mmol/L,研究不同浓度NaCl溶液对“妙红”和“佳人”萌发期和幼苗期的生理特性的影响。结果表明:在种子萌发期,NaCl溶液浓度为30mmol/L时,“妙红”的发芽率和地上部鲜重与对照差异不显著(P〉0.05),在NaCl溶液浓度为30-120mmol/L时,“妙红”和“佳人”的发芽率、发芽势、地上部鲜重和地下部鲜重均显著降低(P〈O.05);在幼苗期,“妙红”和“佳人”的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量与盐浓度的大小呈正相关。在NaCl溶液浓度为50-200mmol/L时,“妙红”的SOD、POD、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白质含量都显著高于“佳人”,而MDA含量显著低于“佳人”。在不同盐浓度处理下对2个番茄品种生理指标测定的变化规律表明,“妙红”耐盐性强于“佳人”,为耐盐育种的推广和有机栽培提供了参考依据。
Taking organic tomato variety'Miaohong' and control variety of 'Jiaren' as materials, germination of NaCl solution set to 0,30,60,90,120 mmol/L and seeding of NaCl solution set to 0,50,100,150,200 mmol/L,the effect of different concentrations of NaCl solution on the physiological characteristics of germination and seedling stages of 'Miaohong' and 'Jiaren' were studied. The results showed that,at the seed germination stage,germination rate and overground fresh weight ' Miaohong' was not significantly different with control under the concentration of NaCl solution of 30 rnmol/L, under the concentration of NaCl solution of 30-120 retool/L,' Miaohong and 'Jiaren' of the germination percentage,germination energy, overground fresh weight and underground fresh weight were significantly lower (P〈 0. 05). In seedling stage, ' Miaohong' and ' Jiaren' of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, catalase(CAT )activity, malondialdehyde(MDA)content were positively correlated with the concentration of the salt concentration. Under the concentration of NaCl solution of 50-200 retool/L, SOD, POD, CAT activity and soluble protein content of 'Miaohong were significantly higher than Jiaren , while the MDA content was significantly lower than 'Jiaren' . Changes of physiological parameters were measured on two tomato varieties under different salt concentration showed 'Miaohong' salt resistance was stronger than the 'Jiaren' ,this provided a reference and promotion material for breeding salt and organic cultivation.
