Under the conditions that the boundary of region Ω is uniform p- thick,by using Sobolev inequality with uniform P- thick boundary, some capacity inequalities and a precise inverse Holder inequality, we obtain a uniform estimate of gradient of weak solutions for a class of quasiliner elliptic equation： - divAp（x,Du） ＋ Bp（x,u,Du） = f（x）.
