英文摘要：

Objective To establish a method for the determination of the total glucosides of Danggui Buxue tang by UV spectrophotometry.Methods Based on the reference substance of astragloside IV,the determination was performed by UV spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 540 nm.Results The calibration culve of the absorbence was linear with the concentration of astragloside IV in the range of 4.167-41.667μg·ml^-1（r^2=0.9986）.The average recovery rate of astragloside IV was 99.3% with the RSD of 0.74%（n=5）.Conclusion The method is accurate,simple,fast,feasible and can be applied to the determination of total glucosides of Danggui Buxue tang.
