After Second World War, Hong Kong＇s economy development promoted the social structure presenting the olive shape class differentiation of ＂two small heads, large middle＂, thus provided the fer- tile soil for the emergence and development of party. As the Sino-British talks and the start of the political reform in Hong Kong, Hong Kong＇s parties emerged and have developed continually, party politics shaped initially. Just for now, party politics development is still not mature in Hong Kong, also has many problems. This paper analyzes this case and discusses its causes deeply.
