二战后香港经济发展促使社会结构呈现出“两头小、中间大”的橄榄型阶层分化,从而为政党的产生和发展提供了肥沃的土壤。随着中英会谈和香港政制改革的开启,香港政党开始产生并不断发展,政党政治初步形成。就从目前来看,香港政党政治发展尚不成熟,还存在诸多问题。本文对此进行了深入分析并对其原因进行了深刻探讨。
After Second World War, Hong Kong's economy development promoted the social structure presenting the olive shape class differentiation of "two small heads, large middle", thus provided the fer- tile soil for the emergence and development of party. As the Sino-British talks and the start of the political reform in Hong Kong, Hong Kong's parties emerged and have developed continually, party politics shaped initially. Just for now, party politics development is still not mature in Hong Kong, also has many problems. This paper analyzes this case and discusses its causes deeply.
