提出约束活塞型内燃式水泵的概念并阐述其工作原理,建立了阀式配流系统的动力模型。给出约束活塞型内燃式水泵主体部分及进水阀和出水阀、的动力方程,并对该阀式配流系统的工作特性进行仿真研究。结果表明:阀式配流系统缸内压力在进水阀和出水阀打开的瞬时有较大的阶跃和脉动,出水阀阀片的移动速度在缸内压力最大时达到最大,在缸内压力最小时达到最小;在阀的固有频率(即约束活塞型内燃式水泵工作频率的3倍)附近,阀的容积效率最低。
The concept of Hydraulic Confined Piston Internal Combustion Pump(CPICP)was put forward, and its working principle was discussed. The dynamic equation of valve type orifice system of confined piston internal combustion pump was built. Then the dynamic equations of the main part and inlet valve and outlet valve of confined piston internal combustion pump were created. Also the operating characteristic of valve type orifice system was simulated. The results indicate that the cylinder pressure is stepped and pulsated at the instant when the inlet valve and the outlet valve are opened. The velocity of the outlet valve reaches maximum when the cylinder pressure is maximal and the velocity of the outlet valve reaches minimum when the cylinder pressure is minimal. The valve volumetric efficiency is lowest near the natural frequency of the valve, that is, near the three times of the operating frequency of the CPICP.
