目的:探讨低氧训练对心脏结构与功能的影响及其与中国人群ACE基因I/D多态性之间的关联性。方法:76名中国北方平原地区汉族男子进行4周高住高练低训(HiHi-Lo),方案为每日在低氧环境(O2浓度为14.5%~14.8%)中休息10 h,每周进行3次75%.VO2max低氧训练(O2浓度为15.4%),其余时间在常氧下训练;HiHiLo前后测定左心室结构与功能相关指标;PCR分析受试者的ACE基因I/D多态性。结果:HiHiLo后心脏结构指标LVM、LVMII、VSD和PWD都显著性增加(P〈0.05);训练后安静时、各种负荷时和恢复时EDV、EF、SV、SVI和E/A显著性增加(P〈0.05),HR、CO、COI、Vmn和Vp显著性减小(P〈0.05)。HiHiLo前各指标在ACE各基因型间无显著性差异(P〉0.05);除50 W和150 W时HR外,其余心脏结构和功能指标训练后变化在各组间均未见显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:HiHiLo能使左心室结构和功能呈现良好的顺应性变化;ACE基因型与个体心功能对HiHiLo的敏感性无关。
To explore the association between Insertion/Deletion polymorphism of the angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) gene and the effects of living high-exercise high-training Low(HiHiLo) on the cardiac structure and functions.76 healthy men of Han nationality in northern China underwent HiHiLo training for 4 weeks.Training program was as follows:exposure in hypoxic environment(14.5%~14.8%O_2,10 h/day),three times hypoxic training per week(15.4%O_2),and training at sea level.The structure and function of left ventricle were measured before and after the protocol,and the ACE gene I/D polymorphism was detected by PCR.The findings indicated that LVM,LVMI,IVSD and PWD all increased significantly after training(P0.05).The EDV,EF,SV,SVI and E/A were increased significantly at rest,all loads and recovery after training(P0.05),but the HR,CO,COI,Vmn and Vp were decreased significantly at rest,all loads and recovery after training(P0.05).No significant differences were in all baseline index before HiHiLo among groups,and no significant differences were observed in other index after HiHiLo among groups except HR at 50 W load and 150 W load(P0.01).The present study suggested that the structure and function of left ventricle were improved through HiHiLo.No association exists between ACE gene I/D polymorphism and individual cardiac contracted functions response to HiHiLo.
