设计了一种基于圆弧型薄板结构的柔性铰链,以力学与微积分相关理论为基础,给出了该结构转动刚度近似计算公式的推导过程,并用Matlab绘制了曲板内径等3个关键参数对其转动刚度的影响程度曲线,然后依靠有限元软件Ansys给出了转动刚度的仿真计算公式.最后对实体样件进行了刚度测试,验证了其解析模型和仿真模型的准确性.
The paper is about a design of a flexible hinges based on the structure of the are sheet which is based on theories of mechanics and calculus.It gives the derivation process of the approximate formula of the rotational stiffness of the structure,draws the curve of rotational stiffness which is effected by three key parameters such as the internal diameter of the curved panel.Then,it gives the simulation calculation formula of rotational stiffness relying on the finite element software.Finally the accuracy of the rotational stiffness of the analytic and simulation model is verified by the Stiffness test on the real sample.
