自"民工荒"问题出现以来,研究者甚多,但系统研究其成因及企业对策的较少。本文系统分析了导致本轮民工荒的各类因素及其影响机理:既受长期因素的影响也受短期因素的影响,既受数量不足的影响也受结构变化的影响。最后,从企业的视角分别从战术和战略两个层面提出了相应的对策建议。
Although lots of researchers have paid attention to the "labor shortage"problem Since it appeared,little research involved systematic Analysis about its cause and enterprise countermeasures.This study systematically analyzed the various factors and effect mechanism influencing the"labor shortage"this time and found that this"labor shortage" is decided either by short-term factors or by long-term factors,either by quantitative factors or by structural factors.At last,This paper proposed countermeasures in aspect of strategy and tactics.
