From the perspective of expectancy theory,it expands the foreign classical models of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance,empirically examines the relationships among academic entrepreneur motivations,entrepreneurial orientation and university spin-off enterprise performance through data investigation.It finally draws the corresponding conclusions： Academic entrepreneur motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance;entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance;entrepreneurial orientation plays a mediating role between academic entrepreneur motivation and entrepreneurial enterprise performance.
