为了提升越野汽车的动力性,且维持良好的经济性,采用试验和计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真相结合的研究方法,对某越野汽车匹配的发动机低速扭矩特性进行系统分析,从油嘴、增压器和喷油器等几个方面探讨了提升发动机低速扭矩的可行性.最终通过车辆道路试验和与其他车型的对比标定,验证了发动机低速扭矩提升后,对整车动力性及经济性带来的优势,从而得出理论和匹配研究的合理性和正确性.该结论可以为其他类型汽车匹配设计提供参考依据.
In order to enhance the cross-country vehicles' power performance while maintaining a fair economic performance as well, based on research method combining experimental testing and computer aided engineering(CAE) analysis, a systematic analysis of engine's low speed revolution characteristic of a cross-country vehicle, and the feasibility of improving engine's low speed torque from oil pump, supercharger and fuel injector were conducted. Ultimately, the fact that vehicle power performance and economic performance could be both improved when engine's low speed torque has been rised, leading to validity and rationality of theory and matching research, was verified by the comparison with other vehicles on vehicle-road experimental testing. This research result can be provided as reference to other vehicles' matching designs.
