以含N和O受体原子的新型五齿Schiff碱(HL)为敏感载体成功构建了高选择性铅(Ⅱ)离子电极.实验结果表明,电极在Pb(NO3)2溶液和部分非水介质中对铅(Ⅱ)离子具有选择性电位识别并呈现近Nernst线性响应.在浓度为1.0×10-1~1.5×10-5 mol/L的Pb(NO3)2溶液中,电极响应斜率为31.4 mV/dec,检测下限为1.0×10-5 mol/L.在主要干扰离子镉(Ⅱ)的浓度高出至少10倍的Pb(NO3)2溶液中,目标电极对铅(Ⅱ)离子仍然呈现有用的电位分析特性.
In this work,a Pb(Ⅱ) ion-selective electrode incorporating a new pentadentate Schiff base(HL) with N and O donor atoms as a sensing carrier was successfully constructed.The observations indicated that the proposed electrode showed preferential potential recognition and obvious near-Nernst response to Pb(Ⅱ) ion in Pb(NO3)2 solution or partially non-aqueous media.The electrode gave a slope of 31.4 mV/dec to Pb(Ⅱ) in a linear range of 1.0×10-1~1.5×10-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.0×10-5 mol/L.The use-ful potential analytical characteristics of the proposed electrode was also observed in Pb(NO3)2 solution in the presence of 10-fold concentration Cd(Ⅱ) ion at least.
