组织学习是企业提升其经济绩效、获得竞争优势的重要途径.基于438份来自中国企业的有效问卷以及与14位中国企业经理的深度访谈结果,探讨了组织学习对企业绩效的影响机制.研究结果表明,组织学习可以通过提高企业对外部环境的适应能力,从而显著提升企业经济绩效.特别地,适应能力包括企业对市场环境以及非市场环境的适应能力,企业非市场适应能力的提高也有助于企业市场适应能力的提高.
It examines the relationships among organizational learning, adaptive capability in market and nonmarket environment, and corporate economic performance. Based on the 438 effective questionnaires from Chinese firms and the interview with 14 senior managers, it concludes that organizational learning has the positive direct influence on adaptive capability in market and nonmarket environment. Moreover, adaptive capability in market environment has positive direct influence on corporate economic performance, while adaptive capability in nonmarket environment has positive indirect influence on corporate performance.
