英文摘要：
Corporate political strategy; an important way of obtaining competitive advantage, is an important topic in the field of strategic management. The differences among corporate political strategies attribute to organizational and environmental factors. Environmental factors are the triggers of corporate political strategy, and organizational factors, the filters. This paper explores the two factors and their influences on corporate political strategy based on research by Western scholars to provide the suggestions for further studies in China.
