在当今社会,企业不再只是被动地适应环境,而是积极地通过事项整合影响或改变环境以求获得更有利的地位。事项整合是组织对非市场事项进行前摄性反应的一种有效方法,探讨在非市场力量起重要作用的转型环境下事项整合、经营合法性与组织绩效三者之间的关联性问题。研究结果表明,事项整合与组织绩效之间存在正向相关性,经营组织在主动影响制度环境进而实现组织绩效的过程中还应关注企业的经营合法性问题。
In modern society, firms affect or change the environment for better position through issue integration positively, rather than adapt to it passively. Issue integration is an effective way to make the proactive response for non-market issues. The paper explores, in the transitional environment influenced by non-market power strongly, the relationship among issue integration, legitimacy, and organization performance. The results indicate that issue integration is positively associated with organization performance, and that firm's legitimacy issue should also be cared during the process of organization's positively influencing institutional environment with the purpose of achieving performance.
