为减小稀土永磁同步伺服电动机的转矩脉动,改善伺服电动机性能,本文研究永磁体偏心距离变化对永磁同步伺服电动机电磁特性的影响规律。利用ANSYS软件建立永磁同步伺服电动机的有限元结构模型,分析偏心距离变化时的空载相反电势、气隙主磁通、电磁转矩和电感等电磁特性。研究结果表明,偏心距离变化对伺服电动机电磁特性有较大影响;当偏心距离变化使电机气隙主磁通接近正弦函数分布时,伺服电动机转矩脉动较小,整体性能较好,有待在实际应用中进一步验证。
The influence of eccentric magnetic pole of PM servo motor (PMSM) for minimum torque fluctuation was investigated by finite element analyses (FEA). The finite element structure model of PMSM was built by ANSYS. Some electromagnetic characteristics, such as no-load EMF, air gap flux density, output torque etc. were studied under different eccentric magnetic poles. FEA results show that some great influence occur with eccentric magnetic pole changed, and the minimum torque fluctuation and air flux density closed to sinuous are obtained by optimizing eccentric magnetic pole shape.
