针对电动载货车电机霍尔可能出现故障,导致车辆不能正常行驶的问题,设计一款既可以在有霍尔位置传感器的情况下工作,又可以在霍尔位置传感器损坏或无霍尔位置传感器情况下工作的控制器.在无霍尔位置传感器模式下,采用短时脉冲闭环起动方法起动电机,当电机转速达到一定时,电机转子位置通过端电压法获取,利用反电势过零点检测法实现换相.实验验证了双模控制器运行的可行性,运行状态平稳.
Dual-mode controller can work both in Hall sensor mode and position sensor damaged even without positionsensor in order to avoid vehicle breakdowns because of Hall fault. In no position sensor mode, the motor started throughshort pulses closed-loop method. When the motor reached a certain speed, commutation was achieved by back EMF zerocrossing detection method and rotor position was obtained by terminal voltage. Feasibility of dual-mode controller was verified through experiments. The results show that the controller operates in good condition.
