为抑制元刷直流电动机换相期间电流的上升速度和下降速度不一致而造成的转矩脉动,探索采用三相电流连续控制方式抑制无刷直流电动机转矩脉动的方法。与传统方波相电流控制方式相比较,采用三三导通方式,三相相电流一直连续,能有效避免非换相相电流的波动及抑制由此引起的转矩脉动,并通过研究合成电流矢量形状,利用空间矢量PWM(SVPWM)方法实现系统控制。实验验证了相电流连续控制策略的正确性及可行性,换相转矩脉动得到了抑制。
To suppress the torque ripple caused by current rise rate inconsistent with drop rate during brushless DC motor commutation, continuous three-phase current control method was explored. Compared with the conventional square wave control mode, the method provides continuous three-phase current, and can effectively avoid non-commutation current fluctuations and suppress the resulting torque ripple. Control of the system was completed by space voltage vector PWM (SYPWM) combined with trajectory of synthesized current vector. Experimental results indicate that continuous phase current control strategy is correct and feasible; what is more, commutation torque ripple has been suppressed.
