针对传统采用交流异步电动机的电梯变频调速电气拖动系统存在需齿轮减速机构、结构复杂、成本高和效率低等缺点,该文分析了一种10.7 kW电梯驱动专用稀土永磁同步电机。采用Ansys软件建立了电梯驱动用永磁同步电机有限元结构模型,计算了电机内部磁场分布规律。通过有限元分析计算,得到了电机绕组磁通、空载感应电动势和电磁转矩等电磁特性,分析计算结果与给定性能指标较接近。
A 10.7 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor for elevator driving was analyzed according to the drawbacks for the traditional VVVF elevator drive system using AC induction motors,such as needing of gear,complex structure,higher cost and lower efficiency.The finite element structural model of permanent magnet synchronous motor for elevator driving was built by soft Ansys,in which the magnetic field distribution was calculated.Some electromagnetic characteristics such as winding flux,no-load EMF and electromagnetic torque etc were obtained by finite element analysis,which consist with the given performances of the permanent magnet motor.
