分别对转子实心式与冲片式异步起动永磁同步电机进行分析比较研究。采用Ansoft软件建立丽种电机的有限元分析模型,计算电机的磁场分布,比较电机的空载漏磁系数、齿槽转矩和空载反电势等特性。分析结果表明,转子实心式永磁同步电机具有起动转矩大、漏磁系数小和效率高等优点,在抽油机等场合获得广泛应用。
The line-start laminated and solid rotor tioned motors were built, no-load magnetic leakage permanent magnet synchronous motor in pumping unit was analyzed for adopting in this paper. By software Ansoft, the finite element analysis models of above menand its magnetic field distributions were calculated. Some characteristics such as factor, cogging torque and no-load back EMF were compared. The analysis resuhs show that the line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor with solid rotor has some advantages such as the higher starting torque, higher efficiency and smaller leakage factor compared to the motor with laminated rotor, and it can be widely applied in the pumping unit.
