考虑到微电网在实际运行中频繁的并网和孤网切换,在综合介绍风光储微电网系统结构和各个微源控制方式的基础上,针对微电网两种典型的运行模式阐述了中央控制器的构成和主要任务,提出了一种孤网模式下徼电网的协调频率及电压控制策略,即由中央控制器根据系统频率和电压的变化,统一调配各个分布式电源的出力,以实现微电网并网与孤网模式之间的平滑切换和孤网模式下的稳定运行。并通过仿真验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性。
Considering the frequent switching between the gird-connected and grid-isolated of microgrid in the actual operation, this paper comprehensively introduces the system structure of the microgrid with wind power, photovoltaie and energy storage system as well as the control mode of each micro-sources, expounds the constitute and function of the center controller for the microgrid in two typical operational modes, and proposes a novel strategy for the coordinated frequency and voltage control of the microgrid in islanding mode. In other words, the output power of each distributed generation can be scheduled uniformly by the frequency and voltage variation based center controller, in order to achieve the smooth handover between the two typical modes and the stable operation in islanding mode. Finally, the results of simulation show the practicability and validity of the method.
