提出了一种并网模式下微电网的协调经济调度策略。在综合考虑各个分布式电源技术性能.风力发电机与光伏电池出力波动性,电力供应与需求的平衡,电价变化对于调度策略的影响,系统备用容量等因素的基础上,对微电网内各个分布式电源出力及微电网与主网之间的交换功率进行优化和协调,实现微电网运行的经济成本最小。仿真结果表明:该协调经济调度策略能够有效实现微电网运行的经济性,并反映可再生能源的随机性和波动性对柴油机和储能系统出力特性的动态影响,有利于微电网调度人员制定更加经济有效的运行计划。
A coordinated economic dispatch strategy is proposed under the microgrid connected mode. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the technieal performanee of each distributed power, the output volatility of wind turbines and photovoltaic ceils, the balance of electricity supply and requirement, the influence of price changes to scheduling policy and the system reserve capacity, the distributed power output in the microgrid and the exchange power between tile main network and the mierogrid is optimized and coordinated to realize the minimization of economic cost in the operation of microgrid. Simulation results show that the coordinated economic dispatch strategy can effectively achieve the economically optimized operation of the microgrid and reflect the dynamic effects of randomness and volatility of renewable energy to the output characteristics of diesel engines and the energy storage system, which is helpful to make more economic and effective operating plan for micro-grid dispatchers.
