目的 通过检测Graves眼病患者外周血IL-17、IL-21表达水平,探讨IL-17、IL-21与Graves眼病及甲状腺功能的相关性。方法 观察组为50例初诊Graves眼病患者,对照组为50例健康人,检测二组外周血中IL-17、IL-21水平及甲状腺功能。结果采用独立样本t检验及相关性分析。结果 观察组外周血IL-17浓度(1 546.52±806.87)pg/ml、IL-21浓度(884.30±444.37)pg/ml较对照组IL-17浓度(770.82±437.03)pg/ml、IL-21浓度(522.38±261.15)pg/ml明显增高(P〈0.05)。观察组经Pearson相关性分析,IL-17与TT3呈正相关(r=0.459,P=0.012);IL-21与TT3、FT4呈正相关(r=0.492,0.372,P=0.007,0.047)。结论 Graves眼病患者外周血IL-17、IL-21水平显著升高并与TT3呈正相关,IL-17、IL-21可能与Graves眼病的发生和发展相关。
Objective To evaluate the expression of IL- 17 and IL- 21 in peripheral blood of patients with Graves ophthalmopathy(GO) and explore the correlation between cytokine levels and thyroid function in patients. Methods Fifty cases of newly diagnosed GO were observation group, and other 50 cases of healthy subjects as control group. The levels of IL- 17, IL-21 and thyroid'function were detected in the peripheral blood of the two groups. Independent sample t test and correlation analysis were used. Results The concentration of IL - 17 in the peripheral blood of GO was 1546.52 ± 806.87pg/ml, and the concentra- tion of IL- 21 was 884. 30 ± 444. 37pg/ml, higher than the control group 770.82 ±437. 03 pg/ml and 522.38± 261.15pg/ml(P〈0.05). The levels of IL- 17 significantly correlated with TT3 (correlation co- efficient = 0. 459,P = 0. 012). The levesls of IL - 21 significantly correlated with TT3, TT4 (correlation coefficient = 0. 492, 0. 372, P = 0. 007, 0. 047). Conclusion The concentration of IL - 17, IL - 21 is in- creased and correlated with TT3 in GO, IL- 17 and IL- 21 may be associated with the occurrence and de- velopment of GO.
