德育工作是高等院校的工作重点之一,它关系到人才培养的质量和今后工作的方向,对社会的进程产生着间接而深远的影响。本文阐述了高等院校德育评价工作中存在的误区,给出了评价体系构建过程中应遵循的基本要求,建立了评价指标体系的流程和内容,对评价工具进行了选取,最后,通过实例对本文给出的方法和步骤进行了验证。
Moral education is one of the priorities of the institutions of higher learning. It is related to the quality of personnel training and the direction of future work,it has indirect but far-reaching impact on the social process. This article elaborates the misunderstanding in the moral evaluation work,then proposes the basic requirements to be followed of the constructing process and selects the evaluation tool,finally,an example has tested it.
