在访谈和文献资料分析的基础上编制大学生合作能力量表并进行指标验证。探索性因素分析结果发现:大学生合作能力由合作意识和合作技能两部分组成,其中合作意识包括合作认知、合作情感、合作意向,合作技能包含人际互助、冲突管理、情绪调控和组织领导,构成大学生合作能力量表的2层次7因素模型。对模型进行验证性因素分析和对量表的信度检验结果显示,量表的信效度与结构模型的拟合指标均达到可接受的标准。
Based on the interview and document literature analysis of university students' cooperation ability, the scale of cooperation ability was developed. Exploratory factor analysis showed that university student's cooperative ability is constituted by cooperative awareness and cooperative skill. Cooperative awareness include cooperative cognition, cooperative emotion, cooperative intention and cooperative skill contain quality of students" mutually help interpersonally, conflict management and self-mood regulation, organization leading, which form a model that has seven subs 2 dimensions. The reliability of this scale were analyzed and made by a confirmatory factor analysis. The result showed that this scale has sat is factory reliability and validity, and sat is factory SEM model fit.
