直通管模型气体扩散电极的电流分布计算

用基于单孔模型基础上的规则直通管模型计算气体扩散电极的电流分布。假设仅有活化极化和欧姆极化存在的情况下,此时电化学反应发生在电解液、气体和电极固体骨架的接触线上。在该状态下,考察了孔径和孔隙度对电流分布的影响,以及在过电位初值大于和小于0.1 V时的电流分布。通过提出一种假设的规则直通孔分布的模型实现了沿电极厚度方向各个位置电流分布的理论计算,可为制造高效电极提供理论依据。

英文摘要:

The regular through tubes model based on the single pore model was analytically studied to get the current distribution of the gas diffusion electrode.When there was only the activation and ohmic polarization,the electrochemical reaction was assumed to occur only at the boundary of electrolyte,gas and framework of the electrode.On this state,the influence of the micropore's radius and the porosity on the current distribution was studied,and the current distribution was also researched when the initial value of overpotential was over and less 0.1 V.The calculation of the current distribution at any sites along the thickness direction of the gas diffusion electrode by a simple regular and through pore model was realized in the paper,which was beneficial for giving a reference on manufacturing the gas diffusion electrode with high efficiency.
