Zinc-air power battery with air filter facility was designed.The batteries were constructed with 40 horizontal single battery,battery envelope and the air filter facility,installed on the electric bicycle to carry out the traveling test.The phenomena about the air taking part in the electrochemical reaction through the filter facility were tested.It was analyzed that the effect to the battery work by the filtered air with too much water vapor should pay attention to.The airways design should be reinforced for avoiding the deform problem of the part of single battery causing by the uneven radiating in the battery envelope.
