锌空气动力电池的间歇性放电性能是该电池产业化应用的关键技术。实验了锌空气动力电池驱动的电动自行车连续放电使用和间歇放电使用性能,放电容量差别50%,指出容量损失是电动自行车间歇使用里程缩短的直接原因。分析影响电池组间歇放电使用的3个主要因素,阐述提高间歇使用性能的方法。指出锌空气电池组间歇放电性能的突破和提高对推进锌空气电池组的实用化具有关键作用。
Intermittent discharge of zinc-air battery is a key technology in industrialization process of this kind of battery.Comparing the experiments of the electric bicycle powered by the zinc-air battery under the conditions of continuous discharging and intermittent discharging,we found that the capacity loss(about 50%) directly caused to shorten the driving distance under the condition of intermittent discharging.The three main reasons which affected the intermittent discharge performance were analyzed and the improvement schemes were also described.It was pointed out that the intermittent discharge performance was important for practicality of the zinc-air battery.
