The horizontal zinc-air battery with double air electrodes was designed. The voltage of the batteries was obviously decreased [whole voltage decrease in 1 h was 0.22 V （0.25 Ω） and 0.37 V （0.05 Ω）] and one single battery showed the negative voltage （ - 3.92 V） when adding parallel resistance and direct short circuit to the single battery at the bottom of the series batteries constructed with this structure. It was showed that the combined inconsistency of the batteries caused the capacity consume and decreasing of the discharge performance.
