在锌空气动力电池体系下,利用气体扩散电极面向空气的表面敷聚四氟乙烯膜和不敷聚四氟乙烯膜的放电对比实验,表明气体扩散方式并非影响电池放电效率的关键因素,并通过两种电极放电后的表观内阻值比较说明内阻因素对放电效果的影响;从理论分析角度阐述动力电池用气体扩散电极电流密度在当前普遍值状态下,气体扩散对电极效率的影响并非主要因素。通过实验和理论的结合阐述了研发动力电池过程中,内阻因素是关键因素,需更多关注。
The contrast experiments were done on the gas diffusion electrode whose surface facing to the air with the PTFE membrane or not in the zinc-air battery to illustrate the gas diffusion style is not the key for discharge efficiency.The apparent internal resistance of the two kinds of the electrode was compared to explain the effect to the discharge efficiency of the internal resistance.It is illustrated that the gas diffusion style is not the key for the discharge efficiency from the theatrical analysis point of view.It is elaborated that the internal resistance should be paid much attention to for the discharge efficiency in the power battery research.
