茶色素易与蛋白质、脂类、糖类等生物大分子以各种形式有序地结合在一起,形成一种稳定体系。用明胶改性棉织物以达到提高茶色素染色效果和织物功能性的目的。实验从染液p H、染色温度和染色时间三个方面,根据染色后对织物上染效果,色牢度以及紫外防护能力的测试,确定最优的工艺条件。对最佳工艺染色织物进行抗紫外和抗菌性能测试,其抗紫外性能提高1~2倍,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为70.15%和65.35%。
Tea pigment is apt to combine orderly with large bio-macromolecule such as proteins,lipids and carbohydrate to form a kind of stable system.Gelatin was used to modify cotton fabric in order to improve the dyeing effect of tea pigment and fabric functions.Based on the test results of dyeing effect,color fastness and UV protection ability of dyed fabric,the optimal processing conditions were determined from three aspects including pH value of dyeing solution,dyeing temperature and time.Anti-UV and antibacterial properties test of dyed fabric was conducted.The results showed that Anti-UV property was improved 1~2 times and antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 79.15% and 75.35% respectively.
