The purpose of this paper is to construct a new class of weak quantum algebras. Two-parameter weak Hopf algebra ωr,s^d（sln） is obtained by weakening the set of group-like elements of two-parameter quantum group Ur,s（sln）. We suggest that this class of weak Hopf algebras is just a generalization of weak Hopf algebra ωr,s^d（sln）.
