The treatment scale of a WWTP was 100 000 m3/d, as the 80% of its influent was industrial wastewater. After the treatment by submerged ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis process, the average conductivity of the effluent was 65.4 μS/cm, which met the water requirement of the electronic and textile industries. The investment of the plant was 49.27 million yuan, the cost of water treatment was 2.67 yuan/m3.
