目的 分析冠心病病人的脉图特征。方法 符合冠心病中西医诊断标准的在天津市人民医院心内科住院并行冠状动脉造影检查的住院病人98例,根据冠脉动脉造影结果分为对照组（16例）、冠心病组（82例）;冠心病组按冠脉病变累及的血管支数,再分为单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组,比较各组脉率及脉图特征。结果 冠心病组脉率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;冠心病组3个亚组之间,脉率随着病变支数的增加而增加,且三支病变组与单支病变组脉率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组与冠心病组病人的脉图在脉力、脉势、节律、脉名方面的构成比不同,且在脉力方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组脉图在脉力、脉势、节律、脉名方面的构成比均是脉力中有力、脉势中满实、节律中不齐、脉名中弦脉类占比最高,单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组脉图在脉力、脉势、节律、脉名方面的差异均无统计学意义。结论 脉率可以作为冠心病早期诊断及冠脉病变程度的参考指标,且平素脉率越快患冠心病的风险越高。冠心病病人脉象以弦脉类多见。冠心病病人的脉图有一定的特异性、规律性、差异性。

英文摘要：

Objective To analyse the characteristics of electripulsography in coronary heart disease （CHD）.Methods Ninety eight inpatients undergoing coronary angiography were selected,who fit the criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine from De-partment of Cardiology in Tianjin People7s Hospital.According to the results of coronary artery angiography,the patients were divided into control group （16 cases） and CHD group （82 cases）.The patients in CHD group was divided into single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group,and triple vessel lesion group.The pulse rate and pulse pattern were compared between the two groups. Results The pulse rate of CHD group was higher than that of controlsC P 〈0.05）.Among the three subgroups,the pulse rate in-creased as the lesion vessels get more,and there was significant differences in the pulse rate between single vessel lesion group and triple vessel lesion groupC P 〈0.05） .The pulse force was strong,the pulse potential was solid,the rhythm was irregular, the pulse＇ name was string like,which had the highest percentage no matter in single vessel lesion group,double vessel lesion group or triple vessel lesion group.The performance of single vessel lesion group,double vessel lesion group and triple vessel lesion group was con-sistent on pulse force,pulse potential,pulse rate,rhythm,pulse shape and pulse＇ name.Conclusion Pulse rate can be used as the early diagnostic reference index in CHD,and the faster the pulse rate is,the higher the risk of CHD will be.The wiry pulse is the most common in all pulse condition of CHD.The electropulsography of CHD has certain specificity,regularity and differentiation.
