心智模式是知识创造的思维工具，企业共享心智模式是为企业知识创造提供共有知识基础的认知系统。在借鉴心理学网格理论基础上，探讨了企业共享心智模式背号下企业建立知识要素新连接的知识创造过程。我们得出的判断是，企业的实物要素与技术要素的连接只是一种外在表现形式，其实质是企业知识要素的连接，企业新知识在不断的建立连接中被创造出来。其内涵是企业的知识创造活动要有共有知识的背景，企业共有知识统领和支撑企业的知识创造活动。

This paper argues mental model was the thinking tool of knowledge creation and company shared mental model was a cognitional system that provided mutual knowledge foundation for company knowledge creation. Based on the Lattice Theory, the article compensated the insufficiency of mental model structure, and suggested a conical model of hierarchical network structure of mental model, and discussed the establishment of knowledge elements＇ new connection which was treated as the process of company knowledge creation under the background of shared mental model.
