The company knowledge creation is the result of mental action, which is influenced by the mental model. The traditional researchments neglect their relation. Based on the Lattice Theory, we suggested a conical model of hierachical network structure of mental model,and mental model was seen as the thinking tool of knowledge creation as well as a large network system was composed of lots of knowledge subsystems. In the background of shared knowledge being offered by shared mental model, we also discussed the establishment of knowledge elements＇ new connection, which created company knowledge.
