教育和经验是人力资本形成的两个主要部分,对经验的进一步分解有助于我们理解不同类型的经验对人力资本形成的作用形式的差异。我国存在明显的地区差异,这种差异会影响到人力资本的形成。我们对1990年和2000年的数据进行分析后发现,教育的作用发生了较大变化,由线性转化为非线性;经验在2000年时人力资本形成的作用不再显著,分解也没有意义,经验的作用完全被区域因素所取代;区域时人力资本的影响在1990年与2000年之间作用形式没有发生变化,但作用程度下降得非常快。
Education and experience are two main components in the human capital formation, and the decomposition of the experience will help us further understand the role of different experience in the human capital formation. The regional differences are obvious in China, and whether the differences have been affected the human capital formation. Through the data analysis of 1990 and 2000, we find that the role of education has undergone a considerable change from linear to nonlinear; experience is no longer significant to human capital in 2000, and decomposition is also meaningless, the role of experience had been replaced by the region, There is no difference in the modality of influence on human capital between 1990 and 2000,but the extent has declined much.
