为优化增效炔醚M B-599的合成工艺,改进了合成路线.以邻苯二酚为原料,经甲基化、乙酰化、还原制得1-(3,4-二甲氧苯基)乙醇,并与丙炔醇缩合为炔醚,制备端炔格氏试剂,最后与碘甲烷反应制得目标化合物,其收率与反应成本得到了一定的改善,并找到了一条新的合成路线.
To optimize the synthesis of verbutin,the follouing improved synthetic route has been applied:catechol was using as the starting materials,through methylation,acetylation,and reduction,1-(3,4-dimethoxy-benzol) ethanol was obtained,which was then condensed with propargyl alcohol,from which terminal alkynyl Grignard reagent was prepared.Finally reaction with iodomethane yielded the target compounds.The cost and yield of verbutin were improved and a novel synthetic route was demonstrated.
