【目的】1-(3,4-二甲氧苯基)-2-乙基丁-2-炔基醚是一种有手性结构、含炔基增效剂,潜在应用范围广泛。【方法】以邻苯二酚为原料,经甲基化、乙酰化、催化还原、与丙炔醇缩合,制成端炔格氏试剂,再与碘甲烷偶联制得增效炔醚。【结果】其结构经红外光谱、核磁、质谱和元素分析确证。首次将其与灭蚕蝇1号复配用于柞蚕寄生蝇防治,结果表明其毒性低,可提高防效50%以上。【结论】增效炔醚增效作用显著,其合成成本低、收率高,具有市场开发意义。
[Aims] 4-(1-(But-2-ynyloxy)ethyl)-1,2-dimethoxybenzene(verbutin) is a kind of synergist containing buty- 2-ynyl and chiral carbon, which has a wide potential synergistic application. [Methods] Using catechol as the starting material, the title compound was obtained by methylation, acetylation, catalytic reduction, condensation with propargyl alcohol, and then reacted with iodomethane. [Results] Its structure was confirmed by IR, NMR, MS and elementary analysis. In order to evaluate its synergistic activity, combination use of miecanying-I EC and verbutin to selectively kill Blepharipa tibialis Chao larva for protecting tussah was carded out for the first time. The results showed verbutin has low toxicity and increase of the bio-control activity by over 50%. [Conclusions] Verbutin has good synergistic activity, and is suitable for market development for its low synthesis cost and high yield.
