利用真空导入工艺制作玻璃纤维腹板格构增强泡沫夹层板,进行了面内竖向荷载作用下的单调静力加载试验,采用夹层结构复合材料理论估算该夹层板的整体和局部屈曲临界荷载边界区间,分析了其在面内压缩荷载作用下的破坏模式。分析表明,该夹层板破坏模式主要表现为板自由边一侧边缘面板与芯材脱粘,面板向外鼓起,发生局部屈曲,并逐步向另一边延伸发展,直至贯通大部分或全部面板,从而导致夹层板失效破坏。
Static loading tests on foam-filled sandwich panels reinforced by glass-fiber lattice webs (FSPR) under plane-pres- sure are implemented with vacuum infusion process. Based on classical sandwich theory,the critical overall and local buckling loads about those panels are calculated. Combining with the results of the tests and calculation,the failure modes of those sand- wich panels under plane-pressure are presented. Analyses show that the major failure mode of FSPR under plane-pressure is that the debonding and local buckling between face sheets and core foam at the one-side lateral edge of the panel,extends to the other side gradually across the most of or whole face sheet horizontally and results in the failure of the panel at last.
