采用文献资料、实地考察等方法,对健身俱乐部教练员流失的现象进行研究。结果表明:教练员的年龄偏低、男性偏多、兼职多、工资偏低、专业知识不足、缺乏优秀教练员及忠诚度不高,导致教练员的流失;俱乐部管理上存在弊端,导致教练员之间关系不和谐;专业教练员培养机制不足,社会保障制度的不充分,致使教练员缺乏的现象越来越明显。针对导致教练员流失的原因提出解决对策,旨在为健身俱乐部的良好运行,以及大众体育的健康可持续发展提供借鉴意义。
With the research methods of literature study and on-the-spot investigation, the paper researches the loss of the fitness club coaches. The research shows that the fitness club coaches are mostly featured with young age, male, part -time job as fitness club coach, low wage, lack of specific knowledge about fitness and lack of loyalty and excellence. There are problems of the club management which hinders the harmony between the coaches. The coach cultivation system and the social security system for the coaches are not good, which cause the loss of the fitness club coaches. The paper proposes ways to tackle the problem of loss of the fitness club coaches to provide references for the sound development of the fitness club and the sustainable development of the mass sport.
