本实验采用新型的光电化学检测手段实现了对于面制品中痕量铝的快速高灵敏检测。实验中通过优化相应检测条件,探索出一种针对面制品中痕量铝检测的高灵敏、高稳定性的新的定量检测方法,并将该方法运用于实际样品检测,结果令人满意。
This experiment adopts photoelectric detection method of trace detection of aluminum in flour products,optimizing the detection conditions,to explore a new method to detect a trace aluminum in flour products needle detection with high sensitivity,high stability. In the face of trace aluminium products analysis,the design of electrode structure,set up a set of suitable for trace analysis of samples of aluminum in flour products processing method,standardize the operating processes and procedures. Based on the test conditions optimized detection system of aluminum content in flour products formation characteristics of needle samples.
