针对航空发动机叶片检测分析中的模型配准定位问题,结合叶片型面不同区域的设计公差要求不同的特点,以减少配准后超差点的数目为目标,提出了一种公差约束条件下的叶片模型配准方法。在迭代最近点匹配算法(IterativeClosest Point Algorithm,ICP)的基础上,根据公差要求定义约束区域,依据约束区域对点集进行加权处理,并给出了加权后的目标函数及其求解方法。通过实例验证了该方法是有效的,具有实用价值。
To solve the model registration problem in the inspection of aeroengine blades, a tolerance zone constrained registration algorithm is proposed for the purpose of reducing the number of measuring points out of range of the given tolerance zone. This method is based on the Iterative Closest Point Algorithm (ICP) and takes tolerance requirements into consideration. The con- straint regions are defined and weighting value is assigned to measuring points according to the constraint regions. The objective function of the tolerance zone constrained registration algorithm is established and a method to solve the function is presented. The experiments demonstrate that this approach is feasible and effective.
