提出了基于关键特性的质量链管理模型，将产品关键特性概念融入到质量链管理理论中。首先提出并研究了质量链概念模型和结构模型；然后重点分析了产品关键特性在质量链系统中的演化过程，产品生命周期中产品关键特性的识别、确定、控制和反馈等主要活动是在质量链系统中实现的，其分层逐级演化过程体现了质量的实现过程；接着分析了质量链协同内涵，设计了基于产品关键特性的质量链管理流程；最后提出了基于产品关键特性的质量链管理框架模型。
英文摘要：
This paper incorporated the KCs concept to the QCM theory and a model of QCM based on KCs was proposed. Firstly,a conceptual model and a structural model of quality chain were presen- ted. Secondly,the evolvement process of KCs in the quality chain system was analyzed. The KCs fun- damental activities including identification,controlling and feedback were running in the quality chain system, furthermore the KCs flow-down and transfer implements the product quality gradually. Thirdly, a quality chain collaboration management process model was established based on KCs. Final- ly a framework of QCM based on KCs was proposed,
