进入新世纪以来,全球航空工业发展出现了新态势:航空巨头集中趋势明显,制造供应商网络化加剧,航空企业之间合作形式多样,使得航空工业“瀑布效应”明显。作为大型客机研制的后起者。我国面临更为复杂的情景,不仅增加了与在位者的竞争困难,而且增加了进入航空工业链和在产业链上实现升级的困难。我国航空工业要采取新的对策,积极参与全球制造网络,构建全球供应链体系,加强系统集成能力建设,强化服务型制造的理念,实现跨越式发展。
Since the beginning of the new century, the development of the global aviation industry emerges a new trend, such as central tendency is obvious, network intensifies between the manufacturer and the supplier, cooperation fom~a are diversity among the avia- tion enterprises, and all these conforms "waterfall effect" in the aviation industry. As a htecomer of large passenger aircraft, China is faced with more complex scenarios, which increased not only the dii~culties of competition with the incumbent but also the difficolties of upgrade in the industrial chain. China should adopt new strategies to participate actively in the global manufacturing network, build up global supply chain system, improve the construction of system integrtion capabilities, and alngthen the concept of service - oriented manuauing management to achieve leapfrog development.
