弯叶厕蝇触角感受器的超微结构观察

应用扫描电镜对弯叶厕蝇(Fannia curvostylata)成虫触角的外部形态结构及其感受器进行了观察和研究。研究结果表明,弯叶厕蝇(Fannia curvostylata)成虫触角上共存在着2大类感受器:毛形感受器(sensilla trichodea,Str)和锥形感受器(Sensilla basiconica,SB),2种感受器又根据其形态和表面特征分为不同种类,其中毛形感受器(sensilla trichodea,Str)种类较多,分为4种,锥形感受器(Sensilla basiconica,SB)分为3种。通过对各种感受器的形态特点进行描述,发现毛形感受器(sensilla trichodea,Str)数量较多且密,锥形感受器(Sensilla basiconica,SB)数量较少且稀疏;从感受器的分布部位来看,只有毛形感受器Ⅰ(sensilla trichodea,Str1)和锥形感受器Ⅰ(Sensilla basiconica,SB1)分布于触角第二节,其他种类感受器分布于触角第三节。弯叶厕蝇(Fannia curvostylata)成虫触角感受器和已知的有瓣蝇类(Calyptratae)触角感受器相比,在类型、数量和分布部位上都有很大差别。

英文摘要:

The antennae and sensilla of Fannia curvostylata was studied by using scanning electron microscopy in this paper. Two types of sensilla on antennae were found: sensilla trichodea and sensilla basiconica. The kinds of sensilla trichodea was much higher than that of sensilla basiconica. The sensilla trichodea and sensilla basiconica included 4 types and 3 types respectively. The descriptions of the morphological characteristics of these sensilla indicated that the density of sensilla trichodea was thick and the density of Sensilla basiconica was sparse. Observations of the sensilla sites were that only the Strl and SB1 located in the antennae Ⅱ, and other types of sensilla were in the antennae Ⅲ. Comparision with other Calyptratae, there were remarkable difference in type, quantity and location.
